- Rates and reservation of your guest room :
Payment by check or cash.
Your booking must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the overall price.
This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by check with prior agreement.
Any cancellation must be notified:
✓ more than 48 hours before intended arrival for a stay of one to two nights
✓ more than 72 hours before intended arrival for a stay of more than three nights.
In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.
The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation periods are not respected.
In the case of a shortened stay, Hors-Scene reserves the right to request payment of the overall price.
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the conditions listed above.
Check-in at arrival is between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Rooms must be vacated before 11:00am.
